Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
