  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
